Circular economy and cleantech experiments with cities and business networks \u2013 functional business models emerged project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project built<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>an innovation platform based&nbsp;<strong>on a culture of experimentation&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>and co-creation, with a testing environment<\/strong>,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>which offers an opportunity to experiment with new kinds of circular economy and cleantech business models, cross-sectoral operating methods and forms of cooperation, the most functional of which will survive and advance to the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Promoting the creation of a circular economy and cleantech innovation platform<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Looking for functional circular economy and cleantech business opportunities by experimenting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enabling the emergence of new market-driven solutions and services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementing product development, innovation or commercialisation cooperation between cities, companies, higher education institutions, other RDI actors and customers in a concrete way that supports pioneering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increasing business in the theme, employment and thus the well-being of the regions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Measures will be taken to promote system-level change in cities and higher education institutions, both in development activities in general and in the development of the circular economy and cleantech in particular<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>From the perspective of small companies:\u00a0<\/strong>A development programme where you can co-develop with potential customers and business partners, receive mentoring from larger companies and provide an opportunity for experiments that provide valuable development information and references.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>From the point of view of large companies:\u00a0<\/strong>A new kind of R&amp;D&amp;I work in the form of light corporate venturing: a view of new solution providers, the development of the industry\/world, &#8220;reverse mentoring&#8221; (vs. research collaboration or the acquisition of startups).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>From the university&#8217;s point of view<\/strong><strong>:\u00a0<\/strong>New content and operating models for business cooperation, a development channel for science-based companies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Implementers:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Turku University of Applied Sciences, Demos Helsinki, University of Turku, University of Helsinki<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Project code: A72153, implementation period: 1.8.2016 \u2013 31.10.2018<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tryout.turkuamk.fi\/storage.googleapis.com\/turku-amk\/2016\/12\/tryout-logot-harmaa-1-300x113.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-58\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>6AIKA: TRY OUT!
