TheFIRMA handles a variety of projects, ranging in size and complexity. These include mobile application development, website creation, and software testing, among others. 

A Project Manager is assigned to each project and is responsible for its progress and status. They ensure that the project stays on schedule and proceeds according to plan. If any issues arise regarding the project, it is the Project Manager’s responsibility to communicate with the client. 

The duration of projects at theFIRMA varies depending on the client’s needs. Projects can range from a few months to few years, depending on their scope. For more demanding projects, a suitable number of team members is allocated to ensure sufficient expertise. Generally, theFIRMA’s client projects last anywhere from a few months to a year or more. 

The first point of contact with theFIRMA is through the management team. Once the project begins, a Project Manager is assigned to each project, serving as the client‘s primary contact for all matters related to the project. 

We aim to make the process as easy as possible for our customers. We simply ask for transparent communication and collaboration in the project. Throughout the project theFIRMA’s team will ensure transparency with the customer by actively keeping then in the development cycle and making sure that the project stays on track with customer expectations. 

We always aim to keep the project as agreed on during the initial meeting, but if new features or ideas come during the development of the project you should always discuss these with your Project Manager. If the additional features are large the Project Manager will discuss a possible extension of the contract with the CEO or Vice CEO and there will be a contract extension discussion with the customer if necessary.
