Acquisition of a new program
The Project
The company was planning an extensive survey as part of its new service concept. Although the entrepreneur initially developed the survey in Excel, it didn’t meet his needs adequately. With numerous survey tools available, finding the right solution can be a tedious and time-consuming process. We worked closely with the customer to thoroughly understand their requirements for both the survey and reporting. Based on this analysis, we researched and tested various market tools to assess their features against the customer’s needs. We then recommended three suitable program options, from which the company selected their preferred choice. After the acquisition, we configured the customer-designed queries within the program and provided training on how to use it effectively.

Requirement Specifications
Are you planning to acquire a new program or to start a software production project? We make requirements specifications to support the acquisition of software production, both as a part of the projects we implement and separately as their own projects. Requirement specification is a prerequisite for the implementation of a feasible software development project
The starting point of the new software development project is that the company has needs for which current or ready-made solutions on the market are not suitable. In this case, the new software must be acquired as a customized solution. A software production project requires careful planning at the beginning of the project. The requirements specification summarizes in great detail the different parts of the program user groups to functionalities.
In our experience, setting requirements is a time-consuming task. Despite being a gold-worthy tool for the developer team, it’s quite a dry read. As a result, we often create an interactive mockup alongside the requirement specification, which, due to its visual and functional purpose, makes it easy to gather feedback on functions and structure from both the customer and, if necessary, the wider end user community.
We have made several requirements specifications in our own projects, for example in the design of the applications, as well as in separate projects.
