About Us

The Way We Operate

theFIRMA is a project office established in 2015, originating from a combination of previous project offices that started in the early 2000s. In theFIRMA, the work is done in the same way as in real company, mainly in customer and R&D projects. We employ over 100 students in over 50 varying projects, including website and software development, testing, requirement specifications, and creating marketing materials. The students working in theFIRMA are fast learners. They earn credits for their work, and the more motivated ones can be hired as student project managers.

The quality of their work is ensured by our student project managers, student CEO and the staff of Turku University of Applied Sciences.
